Best of luck to you! I am one week out and an doing pretty well. Lost 14 lbs. in one week. The only thing that I can say is that I want to CHEW SOMETHING!!! The post-op liquid diet required for the first two weeks is tough, but worth it. Soon enough! Keep me posted on your progress!

I see you just had VSG. Hope you are doing OK. I was going to use your Dr but then found one closer to home. It turns out that the Dr I go to now used to work with yours. Small world!! Anyhow--I hope surgery went well for you. I am scheduled for March 12 and I would love to hear from you so I can have a better idea of what to expect. Take care, Emma
