I have gone through a bunch of the pre-surgery hoops - went to the info session, met with my surgeon, insurance has ok'd, now I need to wait 90 days and show that I can loose 35 pounds before I can schedule the date. I can't seem to get started on that. I mean, isn't that the whole issue - that on our own we can't seem to do it? I am afraid I won't be able to do the next 90 days to get myself to the surgery date. I need support and encouragement from people who have been there. I guess some friends who are traveling the journey ahead and along side me would be great. Thanks for all your stories!!! amy
