Hi there, BELIEVE ME, you are just fine, You just had major surgery. So you are going to hurt. Good news is it's not for long. and things will get better.and you will be back to your old self again. At first I thought I would never feel well again. but one day I did , and each day after I felt even better. So hang in there you won't regret it at all. I am now enjoying my wl journey. I'm 3 months and have loss 72lbs to date. Dr said I'm on the right track. You take care and remember everyday is a blessing.

Dan, I just spent the last hour reading your page. You were truly sent to this new physician by God. I'm 3 weeks postop and am allowed to 'enjoy' mush foods. Some things tastes better than others but I'm not going to get nuts over it. Hang in there.... together we'll shake these bodies! Look at your wife for confirmation. God Bless.

Dan, You are in my prayers that this surgery will go well for you. You have MORE then paid your dues!!! I hope everything turns around. I am not quite 3 weeks post-op and things get better every day!!

Hi....I made it!!! I was a bit rough (see profile), but I think I'm better now. I noticed that MOST foods taste TERRIBLE and INTOLERABLE! HEY...noone told me about this...HELP!!! Can I get some reassurring words (I hope)from you guys letting me know if this is permanant or not? If not permanent, how long does it ususually last? AND what's causing this??? This is really scary!! HELP!!!

I hope that everything is going well for you after this 2nd surgery. After what happened with the first one, lots of people are praying that you have success.
