I have always had problems fighting my weight but after I had my children it seems like a up hill battle. I would lose weight and gain it back plus some. Just over a year ago, I checked into Lapband, but since I have no real health problems except sleep apena my insurance turned me down. I decided to try Weight Watchers and did good at frist and lost 40 lbs then the same old thing, I started gaining it back. I decided to look into LapBand again as I had heard alot of insurance companies had changed their policies. WOW,,,, low and behold mine had and it looked like I would qualify. I went to another seminar and started the ball going. I just found out this week (Feb 12), my insurance approved the surgery. I'm excited and nervous but very ready to get going on my journey.
I work full time as an Office Manager and part time as a Computer Operator for timing company. I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive in my journey, two wonderful children. Daughter married with 3 children and Son in the Marines statation in Hawaii.
My husband and I love riding his Harley and have a toy hauler trailer we love to go camping and to the Strugis Motorcycle Rally every year. We are starting a riding group at our church.
