Wow!  What an incredible trip this has become.  Four and one-half years out with my 58th birthday less than a month away.  Really excited that I dropped even another pant size this summer (32").

Close to 5000 miles on the bicycle this year with multi-day trips through NY, PA, MD and DE carrying my own gear.  I am having the time of my life.  Had I only been this fit in my twenties, oh well.

To all of you other post ops out there, it can be done.  The surgery is the tool to get you started and the change in lifestyle is the road that will get you to where you want.
