I am having a sluggish day today. I am feeling depressed and almost weepy. I guess the week has caught up to me. It will be 1 week tomorro since my surgery. I have been drinking plenty of water and eating the protein in shakes and pudding. I still feel bloated and my weight has not moved. Hopefully it will get better in the next couple of weeks.
