Well several years after surgery things are going well. Delt with other addictions and issues. Had issues with pain pills and Alcohol for a while after surgery. Now Sober for over a year. Eat what I like but in moderation and it just takes time to eat. GASSSSSS oh boy, do I know how to clear out a room. But I am healthier and better off. My x-wife did not like the changes but my new one does and understands since she has had the same journey as us and lost 200lbs herself. I believe I have lengthened my like after watching my first father in law die in his 50's from diabetes I know my risks have dropped. I am a smooth 209 now wear a 36/32 Levi and dont break out in a sweat doing a simple task!!!!! I do have some side effects to this day but the trade off is worth all of it.
