I have had a penetrating wound on my right leg. I got it in late January or early February when my skid on the back of my walker fell from the high side of my truck and gouged my leg. I see Dr. Kendrick on Monday. If the wound is not healed, I must wait for surgery. I do not believe it is totally healed. I ask you to pray that I will be accepting if the surgery is put off. I had thought the surgery would be in November, and each month since. Thank you so very much for your outpouring of good wishes. I have really been very supported by each of you. Your encouragement and prayers have meant a great deal in my life. Since December I have experienced burglaries, significant theft, and great emotional pain from all that has followed those experiences. Love, joy, hope, and peace, Mary-Frances Jones

Good luck Mary Frances. I am wishing you a speedy recovery so that you can once again enjoy those parks that you love with your little dog. It will seem overwhelming at times, but once you start healing and loosing the weight - you'll be amazed at how good you feel. Embrace your future. Kitty

Mary-Frances, I just want to say good luck to you. I will say a prayer for you and your surgeon. I hope you recover quickly. I am a home health nurse, and in my state, Medicare does pay for home health if there is a skilled need. Again, I hope everthing goes well with your surgery. Melissa
