Hi all.................It's me and I am back to work. Surgery was Wednesday July 28th and on Friday morning my wonderful humorous Dr Clark came in my room and said "The hospital is for sick people, you need to go home"....I was thrilled. I was home by 2:00pm on Friday....slightly more than 48 hours in the hospital. I was cleared to drive as soon as I was off my pain meds and the only problem I had was a slight infection where my drain tube was. The nurse removed the drain 2 days ago...I was started on antibiotics and I back to work today. I walked 4 blocks to my building and I feel great. I had lost 4 pounds in one week....290 to 286. I am a looser!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yea me!!!!!!!

Thanks to all of you for your well wishes. I will be on the other side tomorrow...I can hardly wait to be a looserrrrrrrrrrr.....until next week..Bye!!!

Thanks Theresa....and good luck to you with the insurance issues. I was so thankful I had Federal employees Blue Cross and they approve as long as you meet the BMI reqirements, which I do. Hope you get a surgery date soon!!!!!!!!!!
