Well it has been over a year since I posted anything.  I have had complications from my surgery.  Due to my illness with dryheaving and vomiting my staple line was opened up and I now have my old size stomach.  I have continued my weight and still am at a size 12-14 but my illness has really disrupted my life.  Of course since I am not obese the doctors cant do anything.  Unless I want to have them go in and clean out my scar tissue and put my stomach back to what it was pre surgery.  I cant do that.  I have had 2 knee surgeries, 1 with a repair to my foot and a hysterectomy.  I cant bear the thought of going under again.  I dont regret the surgery but wish that the laparscropic procedure or the lapband would have been easier to have done at that time.  The open surgery is just way to much to handle.
