"When I first met Dr Lord I thought he was very professional, intelligent and informative. As time passed you see much more of his personality he is kind and has a sense of humor. rnI truly believe that I was blessed to get the best surgeon to take care of me. He was on top of everything about my care and always very informative with information that I needed to know. He is a fellowship trained bariatric surgeon which was very important to me. It was also important that he did the surgery laproscopically. rnThe day after I came home from the hospital I had a couple of really rough days. So rough that I felt I needed to call him on the second day. He was so kind told me exactly what I could do for my problems. He did not rush me through the conversation as if he didn't have time for this. rnThankfully I have had my surgery and it is over but if I had to have WLS hands down it would be Dr. Lord.rnHe and his staff do such a wonderful in the realm of preop information and postop instruction and there is an unlimited amount of support group that is available as long as you want to go."
