It has been one year today and I have gone from 334 lbs. to 209 lbs.  Boy it's true time does fly by when you're having fun......I feel so so so good.  I surprised myself and a few of my nieces and nephews with how fast I can move now.  They didn't think that I could move that fast.... I haven't had a problems since the surgery, only when if I eat to fast.  The only regret that I have is that I didn't do this sooner so my Mom and Dad could see me.  It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about how proud they would be.  It has been a great ride and couldn't have made it without my family's support and of couse the support of my OH family.

Hey - had my first doctor's appointment and lost 25 lbs.   I couldn't believe that I lost that much.  Got on the scale this moring and lost another 9 lbs.  I go back to the doctors on Thursday.......went and switch gyms at lunch today, joined LA Fitness....starting tomorrow....can't wait....

Hi My friends - I am at my sisters house and is doing very well.  My days and nights are messed up, I'm like a baby....I go to sleep about 8 pm and wake up about 2:30 and feel like its 8 am.....I told my sister I didn't think I would every say this but her food smells so good but it was making me sick....LOL...had to close myself in the sun room....LOL...

9 days till my surgery, people keep asking me am i scared and I tell them no, but  more people ask me the more that I think about......I'm not scared, excited is word.....and trying to remember if I have forgotten anythnig.....I still have to get my protein powder and some new sleep wear while I'm at my sisters but i can't think of anything else.......

I am in the process of having my test done.  I have had my appointment with the cardiologist and will be having a stress test and echocardiogram.  I have had my sleep study done, from that I don't believe that I have sleep apnea because the tech didn't come in the room and put the bi-pat (spelling ?) on me.  I have my classes scheduled and my physical is scheduled right after I finish my classes.  I think that my surgery will be in late August.
