IT's been a while (2weeks)

Hola!!! Yeah, its been a minute since my last rant-I am officially in my 4th week since my RNY surgery! LAst time I posted, My emotions was all over the place.. Today, Its better..LOL.. I am back at work now, people see the difference in my size eventho, I have not and really cant focus on the lost of weight because I am still learning how to manage this thing.. Ive been doing pretty good! I said this once and I will say it again CELEBRATE ENS have been a savior, I drink my protein/multivitamin supplement every morning and now that I am on a pureed' diet.. So I try to eat atleast one puree'd thing a day and only when I get hungry.. I actually fixed dinner on Sunday for the family (mac n cheese, stuffing, roasted chicken etc..) and I took a little of the chicken, mac n cheese and veggies and purreed' it with a little olive oil and I mixed UNJURY UNFLAVORED PROTEIN IN IT and it is GOOD!!! LOLOL... I eat at least 2 teaspoons a day because that is all I can handle right now. My diet is consisted of protein drinks, and I may get a kosher cracker  (melts in ur mouth)and laughing cow cheese spread (not even a 1/4 of a teaspoon) and I may eat some grits from time to time or I may try some mash potates. or applesauce. Ive tried some soup.. I bought the little hand cup of campbells and I swear it took me 4 days to finish..LOLOL.. everything I eat, I mix the unjury unflavored protein to it. Trying to keep my protein up! Anothere great thing I discovered at COSTCO was this thing called ECO DRINK Mulitvitamin- It comes with a BPA bottle and it contains packages that you add to water and it has vitamins, electrolytes, nutrients, energy, immune support and bone strength. I drink this throughout the day and I end the day with another 4oz of protein(Whey chocolate and peanut butter flavored-WALMART 15.00). When I went to calculate all my vitamins, I have met and sometimes exceed by just a little on my daily take.. I do take B-Complex Vitamins and Cal-C Vitamins but I grind them up in my morning protein!

I feel great, a little bloated (thank god for the stool softening pills).. But according to my doc, its natural.. So maybe once all this becomes second nature then I can concentrate on the actual weight loss, but I have notice that my pants are a lot loose :) YAY!!!!
