Hi everyone, Thank you all for the well wishes and prayers but, my surgery was canceled yesterday. I went in with a cold and my surgeon decided to wait until I am better. I know its for the best but I am very upset. I have waited so long for this. Hopefully I get a new date very soon. Thank you all again!!!

Here was a tip I had not heard... If you want to supplement protein with powders, but are having a hard time with shakes, find one that's reaso nable and stir it into some fat free cool whip. More of a treat and a little sweetness!
