OMG...here we go again!!

Okay..started back on the 3wk of my post op diet to see if I could move it along a little more and low and behold....209!!!! WOOHOO!! It's so great to see the scale move in a downward spiral again. I hate the stalls but at least it's still moving down and that the goal, right...?Now for the bad news...went to the dr for my 3 month check up and my BP is high and not sure why. My A1C is great at 6.5 which my doctor is happy about but he's concerned about the BP. Told me to keep an eye on it and if it gets over 140/80 consistantly, then we may be back on meds again for a little while until more weight comes off. Did I mention...I HATE MEDS!!!!? I so hate them so I'm keeping any eye on it and it's doing a little better but still not down where he wants it to be. I'll keep track for another 2wks and if no improvement then I'll give him a call.
I will not let this defeat me! I will be med free before the year is out if I have to go back on BP meds!!! NEVER GIVE UP...NEVER SURRENDER!!!
