2012 Adjusting to ????

Well my weight loss plateaued at 202 and has since risen to where I way between 205-210. I eat a good amount of food each day. I have introduced carbs on occasion but still strongly follow the protein way of life. I work out still which is why I believe I am maintaining my weight. Without that it I feel that I would have gained more weight. So with the weight loss over it is difficult to set up goals around weight. I have decided to allow a 7 lb range to live in and never adjust. I mean never.My wife and I have an excellent relationship. She is my love and best friend. The weight loss improved our marriage tremendously. She is good about prepping food for me. We are also welcoming our 3rd child this upcoming May. We already have an 11 year old boy and an 8 year old girl who will be turning 9 around the birth.
I have been promoted and will be moving to a new position in my company starting next week. It is an exciting time for me and I wouldn't be where I am if I didn't have the surgery, exercise and changed my eating habits.
