Hey April.. Hope all is well with a surgery date. Keep us updated oon how things are going. Hope to see you out and about back into the work force. I know it is hard to give up things that is needed for survival because of your weight. You stay strong and fight for a better life no matter what road blocks may try and stand in your way.
