I am amazed! I thought this last month would be little more than pain, nausea, and mushy food. Quite the opposite. I had no nausea, very little pain, and after the first week I felt great. I moved beyond mushy food after 2 weeks (although no one told me to … I just did it) and have had no problems with that. I have more energy and almost no joint pain. And I’m sleeping like a rock.   I miss drinking Scotch and celebrating Friday nights with a huge ribeye steak and potato. But that’s a pretty small price to pay for everything else.
Down 37 pounds from surgery date.
