Finding a Revision Surgeon

I have a wonderful case manager with my insurance. She gave me a list of surgeons. Doc.Michael W.Blaney out of the Atlanta area is a go but there is a 3month wait.
list go on to Doc. Edward Lin, S.Scott Davis, Jr, Clarence Hixon, Scott Steinberg,Michael D. Williams, and Paul E. Macik. Can any one help?
