"I first met Dr. Juarez at his seminar at St. Luke's Hospital, in Phoenix, on September 12, 2003. I liked him right away. He has a dry sense of humor and he's very down to earth. What impressed me most about Dr. Juarez is his LOVE of doing surgery. He chose this profession because he LOVES what he does. That alone confirmed to me, that he was the surgeon I was looking for.
He's very BUSY, but he takes time with you and answers every question. He NEVER makes you feel that your question is stupid, and he never lets on that he has already answered this very same question 20 times that day.
On the day of the seminar, he told the group -- there were over 200 people in attendance, that this surgery procedure was risky and one of us wouldn't make it through. That was the statistic. 1 in 200. I remember everyone looking around the room, and probably thinking to themselves, "Which one of us is the ONE?" That wasn't going to scare me from having the surgery done. I wasn't REALLY living at that point. I just wanted a NEW chance at life. Thanks to Dr. Juarez. I got it!
If I have a problem, I call his office and someone is ALWAYS willing to talk to me. I've never had a problem with his staff.
I love Dr. Juarez. I trust him completely. In my opinion, he's the world's BEST surgeon.
The only negative experience I've had was with St. Luke's Hospital. I understand it's an old hospital, but they could keep the hospital rooms cleaner; especially the bathrooms.
