Hello Fellow WLS friends!  My story...in 2004 I have VBG.  While this surgery proved to be successful - I lost approximately 90 pounds - I began to have issues in late 2008. After seeing another surgeon, it was discovered that a blockage had developed below my ring which caused most food to get stuck. I was unable to get much food down, other than slider foods which of course were causing me weight gain. Before I knew it I had creeped back up about 45 pounds.  YIKES!  This had to stop quickly!

My surgeon recommended a revisional to gastric bypass.  Insurance paperwork was submitted and within 3 weeks the surgery was approved.  The revisional was approved much quicker than my initial VBG surgery so I knew it was a "meant to be" situation and scheduled surgery asap.

I am now 5 months post-revisional surgery and feeling great!  Down 57 pounds and very close to my goal. Now that the blockage is fixed and my weight is back under control, I need to find some motivation to exercise more.  I am hoping to find this encouragement from others out there.  Would love to hear from you and learn exercise secrets, tips, etc that you want to share.

Best to all!
