One Year Out

I am one year out on Dec 6th -- total weight loss 132#. I feel fantastic and look forward to every day.
I am off the 7 prescriptions drugs I took prior to surgery. No longer have to monitor blood sugar.
Gave blood the other day and my BP was 102/68 -- can't get much healthier than that.
