Hey everyone, we just got back today! we had a great time, the weather was horrible though..but we found other things to do! we did alot of swimming at the YMCA, some raquet ball, golfing, go carts...lots of fun stuff!...I actually ended up weighing myself there and I am now down to 389 from 424!!...i have lost a total of 35 pounds in 4 weeks! I am really excited!!!!...anyways, hope you all are doing great! talk to you all soon!
