Two Months out

Wow...I haven't blogged in a long time!  I just need to document that today I stepped on the scales and I was 299.9.  Can't get under 300 any closer than that!  It's been 2 months and I've lost 68 pounds!  Wow...If I could lost 68 in the next two months that would be awesome!!!!   

I haven't been under 300 in over five years.  One wow from this week was last week at church I was able to stand for the entire worship service, which I have not done since we've been attending this church (5 years).  Woohoo! 

I am now able to walk so much better~without pain and I don't get winded as easily. 

I know it's only going to get better as I work my way down to under 200!!
