well 11 months post op and so far life could not be better...well it actually could my goal was to be -200 lbs at my 1 yr appt. and I have 19 more lbs to go. Things in my life have done a 360 since this time last yr. I am happier and heathier and have a great guy in my life. I am still not at the weight I want to be but all good things come in time I am not on a rush to lose it I want to do it in a lifestyle I know I can stick with for the rest of my life.
