I am a 28 year old stay at home mom. I have a ten year old and a 7 month old. I am currently weighing 295 and am 5'3". I have been overweight since I was 11. In the last 5 years I have not been able to get under 231. I am tired of my weight and food running my life. I am ready to be a happier healthier person.
My postings will mostly be about the process. I have read many profiles and while sometimes I enjoy the stories of their lives I find I would much rather have the facts.
So with that I attended the seminar on March 7th with Dr. Hitchcock. I really enjoyed the seminar. Although I was hoping to meet Dr. Hoehn. He is the one I have decided on. I finished my small packet and will be mailing it out today. I also went yesterday to sign for release of my medical records.
