"Ok Dr. Overcash, Im 11 years out from your surgery. I have sleeping problems now for about 7 years now, no sleep aid helps, really I think there needs to be a liquid form of ambien. The pills move to fast through our system in order to work the way they should.
Ive done alot of research and so it seems the nutrients we get move through the Jujunum so fast that we dont get the nutrients we need in order to sleep and the iron we need. Pill forms dont break down in our system the way they do in normal people, so yes, please tell us folks that are more than 10 years out of surgery how we can get a better night sleep and more iron..Oh and yea, the Melatonin liquid form doesnt work either!"
