I just can't believe it has been a whole year!!! It has been the greatest and worst of my life! Greatest of course because I am finally losing weight and not gaining. People actually look at me now. I have been invisible for some many years. Isn't that so sad. People do not notice us until we have made a change in the weight department. Anyway, the journey from last year until today has been a crazy one! The emotional ups and downs I was not prepared for nor the extra attention. I try to make all the right food choices but somedays are better than others. The working out part has been lacking lately and I probably would of made goal if I didn't let that slack. But over all I would do it all over again. The positive far outweighs the negative. If you are still on the fence, please do not hesitate. Emotionally it is not easy but the physical rewards have been amazing!!! The forum has been such a blessing to me during this year. Thank you to all the ladies and gents that continue to offer excellent support and advice. Some of the changes: crossing my legs, who knew that was such a great one, not being out of breath walking up and down the stairs at work, shopping at the non plus size stores, what a selection and way better prices, sugar down, cholesterol down, all labs looking good! My journey is far from over and I will continue to lurk and offer my two cents whenever someone may need it! Tried to upload pics, have no clue, will get hubby to help later!! Krisxoxo
