Almost 1 month post-op

On Friday I'll be one month post-op. I have to say I'm a little disappointed in how much weight I've lost compared to some of the posts I've read on here. My pre-op weight was 294 (not counting the 19 lbs I had to lose to get to 294) Today I weighed myself and I'm at 276. that's only 18 lbs. 
I wonder if I'm doing something wrong. Guess I'll find out on Friday when I see the surgeon for my one month check.
