Well, next week will make 1 month since I started all this. Have I lost weight? Doubtful. I can only blame myself though. With Thanksgiving and Christmas right in a row this fat girl has been in food heaven! I weigh in Monday and hopefully it's not too bad. I know after these holidays it will be easier since the junk wil lbe gone from work and no more get togethers! 1 down 5 more to go!

The Beginning

Well, Today I started my medically supervised diet. I hate dieting, but I know If I plan on getting to surgery day I have to do this! I'm scared, newvouse and excited all in one! Can't wait to see what God has planned.
