Help I am confused after gastric bypass surgere

I need help I just recently had the gastric bypass it's been a week and 1 day from the date surgery was done. I weighed myself and I have noticed that I have not lost and I feel swollen is this normal 

in regards to food I am following everything they told me I am still on liquid diet
