For the first time in soooo many years I'm so happy to see my reflection in the mirror.  Even though I'm wearing black I look different.  I've dropped one or two pant sizes (now 1X), my chin is les fat, my arms, my face, my stomach, everything has been looking awesome!   I even look younger!!!  I'm frustrated cause I'm stalled in 269 pounds (went to surgery with 294) but still very very happy!!!  Thanks God for what He's showing me day by day my own personal miracles!!

Yes.. but a question comes to my mind..is it ok? is it enough? Should I've lost much more??  My doc says its OK, and I'm pretty happy.. but stilll...

I realized that late, but not too late.
Today I celebrate my first month post-op, with 24 pounds less!!!  Yayyyy!
Being overweight most of my life, now having 24 pounds less I feel on top of the world..
A couple of days back I kept weighing in and nothing happened...but once I started working out I saw the scale move!! Yayyyy, I'm soooo happy!!  Only 35 minutes in my threadmill made the difference. Next goal is to excersise more and longer!
Tomorrow is my doc's appointment, so I am afraid he will not see too many pounds less in 10 days, but me, in my interior, I know it's been hard and the hard work is rewarded!

Got back to work today!  Everybody is complementing me, it seems that the 16 pounds I've shed show!!!  That's sooo wonderful!  No cramps,  no pain, no cravings at all.. Thanks God for my sleeve!!!

5 days post op!!!
I feel great, motivated!! not as weak as yesterday..still on soup, water and gatorade..not missing food, yet!  I'm sooo happy!!  let's see what the afternoon brings...

Felt very weak in the afternoon.. I was so sad I could not go out with my hubby!!!   But stayed home thinking that this is not forever.. I will be good as time passes..
