band removed

I had my band removed January 11, 2013. I have no regrets as I was losing no weight.  I was hoping the band would be successful for me but I knew all the tricks to "out think" the band!  I have the option of having the sleeve in April but I don't believe I am.  I will try to do this on my own with healthy eating and exercise. I wish all of you luck in your weight loss!!!
