Irregular menses - Has anyone experienced irregular menstrual cycles post-op?? More specifically, more frequently than normal??

Lettuce?? - I am 7 days post VSG and I was reading through the diet given to me by my surgeon. After week 5 he is saying no salad. Can someone give me some insight please???
