Hi Elanda, I called your husband today at the hospital and he said you were in recovry and the doctor stated that the surgery went well. So I look forward to being able to talk with you myself. I will check on you tomorrow. Nancy Cook

Hang in there Elanda. It's tough waiting, I'm doing the same thing. It's all in God's perfect timing! Stay strong and keep pushing forward. it will happen, eventually. God Bless you!!!

I still don't have a surgery date and I have been rejected by both insurance companies. Blue Cross didn't like the psychiatrist I went to so I had to go to another. From December 7 to April before they told me. BC also wanted an endocrinology study done too, but I didn't know until April. I have gone for both of them so now I am waiting on Dr. B. Dr. Bergstein didn't do any surgeries during March and April something to do with an infectious disease complaint and one of the trauma surgeons was diagnosed with cancer and had to take a leave of absence and Dr. B. had to pick up the slack. As of May 6, surgeries have been resumed. I have been on a roller coaster ride since September 28, sometimes I feel it is all an unatainable dream. The doctors and staff I have come in contact with in Morgantown have been wonderful, they treat you like they have all the time in the world for your questions. They have been very positive. The insurance companies are another ball of wax though. Delay, Delay, Delay.
