"I love this drink and many of the other Nectar flavors. I have some in the Grab and Go packs and this flavor in the large container.
These are FANTASTIC when you need some more protein during the day without extra carbs and fat, and the it tastes like Crystal Light Peach tea.
Here is what I do:
I mix mine with 20 oz of water; however, this is all depending on how sweet you like it. I tend to mix all drink mixes (Crystal Light, too) with more water than it calls for on the package. Then, I put mine in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. It is the perfect snack when I need something.
I love the Grab and Go packs and always have a couple in my purse for emergencies."
"I use the Vanilla twice a day, and I think these taste very good. Throw some frozen berries or Sugar-free Torani syrup in the drink, and it is no longer Vanilla. I haven't tried any other brands because I enjoy the taste of this meal replacement. I think it would get boring to have every day just as a vanilla shake, so I try to mix it up. Very happy with this product for pre and post surgery."
