Goal met, time to set a new one lol!!!! - Okay, I did it!!! I am now 150 pounds. Half of what I was at my highest weight. But now, of course, I want to do better. So I am going to aim for 140 and see how long it takes me...

another new milestone - I weighed in at under 160 lbs this week for the first time in almost 17 years. I still can't believe it lol. Changed my goal from 165 to 150....and it looks like i might really get...
