Im down 86 lbs since my surgery. Now Im having all kinds of problems and getting depressed, My heart is beating wierd and they dont know if they want a pace maker or if im normal. I have a hiatal hernia and for some reason I keep getting paneatis. Im going from 180 to 190 and I got about 30 lbs to lose.
What am I to do.

I made it. Ive lost 88 lbs I got like 28 more lbs. Ive been doing good a few glitches. I got to remind my self to stay on the diet. My back is better I can exercise some and move more. I have a job now. I just wish my insurance would pay for plastic surgery I knnow that I would lose 10 to 15 lbs in loose skin. My husband and my love life is better. every thing is just grand

Its been a long time since ive been on here. Ive lost 53 lbs now. My hubby is home from Iraq and had a wow moment. He touching my waist and say he could feel my hip bones he said he never felt that. That was cool. Im not losing weight fast but Im noticing changes in my body and feeling good about it. My hair is falling out. I need to step up the veggies. If I had all my other medical problems solved I would be good.

Crazy week. I woke up sick and throwing up. Well I went to the hospital cuz it wouldnt stop. They gave me some med and did some test. Well they did a ct and wanted me to drink 2 liters of contast with sugar. Dam they almost hurt me but lucky me there was a nurse there that had the lap band and straighten them out. Well then they thought they seen a leakage in my new pouch and fly me. Yes fly me to emerency surgery. Helicopters are scare but ok. Well I get to the hospital and now everyone is scare and me to . I was really wanting my hubby home. The doctors looked at me and said I didnt look like I had a leak . Then the next day I had another CT and it came back normal. So I was fine. Well the doctors think I had the 24 hrs bug. Im home and doing good. Im glad it wasnt serous and no surgery.

Well, its been 18 days since the surgery. Im having problems I guess with eatting and drinking I get a lot of burbs. I dont know. I try everything.  Also I woke up one day with spasms in my left side. I went to the doctor and he said everything was fine but when i got my meds. he had but in kidney infection meds. 
I think I have lost about 20 lbs altogether. Im really sick of the liquid diet and some of the soups taste aweful.
Thats how i am today.

I had the surgery and everything is ok. I've had a few things go wrong not bad. A pain in my side, like a pinch feeling. I took my daughter to the emergency room last night for her back and now my back or kidneys hurt. I have lost 17 lbs as of my doctor appt. tues.  Im on stage 2 and the doct said I could eat mexican beans and certain chopped meats. Tried the meats and they came back up so I will sick to the cream soups for now.
My husband comes home soon and Im really excited. I hope I get to buy a new outfit to see him in.

Ok, I did the sleep study last night. Funny thing is that I couldnt sleep all night. lol. I now started the liquid diet. Not even been one day yet and Im starving.  
So Im a little scared. My hubby is in Iraq and I would really like him here with me. My parents are coming down next week to help. 
Ive been trying to talk to the hubby but the internet is down and the phones suck. 
I hope I can with stand this diet.

Now the fun begins. I got my surgery date. January 31st. Im excited and scared all at the same time. I got to get prepared.  Well everyone say a prayer for me.
