It breaks my heart to see your user name "failedinlife". We all feel that way at times, but you have not failed you just have not found the right answers "yet". To be successful with your WLS make sure you have a clear picture of what you need to do daily to lose and then once you hit goal keep it off. Do all the basic tools, like journalling and moving. The biggest key to success is I tell people to get it right between your ears before re-arranging you're plumbing. Work on all the triggers that make you want to eat and then have a plan of action in place. Emotionally note all your trigger also. You are going to do GREAT and we look forward to your updates.
