"Dr Roye is wonderful, simply love him, it is his staff that could be more compassionate and nicer to the patients . I find some very rude and cold . His staff is extremely rude on the phone , like you are really bothering them, they do not call you back either after leaving many messages .I love Dr Roye and want him for my surgery but because I need to go through his staff to get to him , I might have to choose another surgeon . "
