Hello all of my friends i am si=till around andstill looseing weight. I am down to 190 and i am very happy i would like to hear from some of you soon. I still have not uploaded any pictures yet i look at my self and don't remember me any more cause of all the weight lose. I do have one question how do you deal with the lose skin i hate it so much and i hear that it is best to get it cut off in 1-2 years. And can someone give me a suggestion of any doctors that can remove this skin someone close to Alabama any help help would be greatful. Also, can some one tell me where i can exchange my two big clothing because i have a lot of them to get rid of. Thank you all for your supportand i hope to hear from some of you soon.

Hi everyone i anm at 222 now and i am getting to my weight goal but what happens if i get to my weight goal before a year is up? want to know if that a good or a bad thing? And if i do can i go ahead and get the extra skin off or what? I know this sounds crazy but i need to know and i know you all can help me with these questions. Hi !!! can someone tell me a good place to buy workout vedio's and where to get some equipment? I have lost about a little over 50 pounds and i need to start a workout program. Hello everyone i had surgery on the March 17, and everything went great. I have lost 12pound in all and i am so happy thank you all for your support without it i don't know what i would do.I go back to Dr. Pennigton on Tuesday for my 2 week check up. Thanks again

Hello all i am just letting you all know that my insurance has approved my surgery and i also, gat a date for my surgery it is January 13  just four days after my birthday. I am so happy i don't know what to do thanks to everyone for your support and kindness.

Well everyone my first appointment went great i have to go back on November 5,08 and take back my EKG and then i will see where i go from there thank you all for being here for my at this very important time in my life will keep you all posted.

Went to my first siminer las night in Birmingham and it was great i have my first appointment on OCT, 22 @10:30am.b I also, found outr today that my insurance will pay fot it that made me so happy i am onmy way to a healther and happier me thank God and to thanks to all the people who have helped me get this far.

The only thing i am proud of right now is my sons, Daughter,and my husband. They are so supportive of  me having this bypass.And i love them so much for that. My baby tells me all the time that i am sexxy and that's makes me feel sooooooooo good he is my lite.
