1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

Today is my 1 year anniversary for my surgery. I had gastric by pass on 1/14/2008. My weight was 268lbs as of today I weigh 175lbs. I feel so good about myself. God has been truly good to me. I am working out and eating right. I was on a plateau for about 3 months now I am starting to lose. Don't give up keep the faith and keep excercising it will pay off. Today is my new body birthday.

Today I am having a Bless day. I was 268 in Jan14, 08 now I am 193 Aug, 01, 2008 lost a total of 75 pounds and feeling fine. My knees does not hurt any more. I can walk 2 miles now. That is so exciting to me. I am not a long talker, but I feel great about my body. I still have a long way to go but I am staying in the race. Check out my pitures that says a lot. Have a HAPPY DAY!
