"I liked Dr Clapp from the first moment I met him at an informational seminar. He is very down-to-earth (a rare trait in a surgeon!) and truly cares about his patients' well-being. When I had a complication a few days after my surgery (no fault of his), he came into the ER to see me & run tests, even though it was a Saturday night & not his on-call weekend; most doctors would have let the ER and on-call doctors handle it, but he came in and took care of me. I highly recommend Dr Clapp!
