I have a friend at work who had gastric bypass surgery earlier this year and has been so encouraging and supportive in my decision to do it also. Almost all of my friends and family have been very supportive too, fortunately. I got the surgery Dec. 7th, 2009. So here we go on this wonderful journey!!
