5 day pouch test

OKAY PEOPLE,  TODAY IS THE 1ST DAY OF THE 5 DAY POUCH TEST,  I FELT AS THOUGH I WAS LOSING CONTROL, BINGE EATING, OR EATING OUT OF BOREDOM,  SO I HAVE BEEN CRAVING CARBS LIKE A ADDICT, I MEAN CHEETOS, CRACKERS AND CANDY, AND EVEN BEFORE MY PROCEDURE I NEVER WAS A REAL BIG JUNK FOOD EATER.  SO ANYWAY I WANTED TO DO SOMETHING TO PUT MYSELF BACK ON TRACK, BECAUSE AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE, I DID NOT GO TO THIS MAJOR EXTREME TO END RIGHT BACK AT 300 LBS, NEVER AGAIN.  SO AFTER SOME RESEARCH I FOUND THE 5 DAY POUCH TEST, DAY#1 WAS OKAY, I DRANK MY PROTEIN SHAKES, ATE THE BROTH OF SOME TORTILLA SOUP, WORKING ON MY H20 INTAKE, AND DID MY INSANITY WORKOUT DVD.  I ALMOST HAD A BREAKDOWN WHEN I WALKED PAST THE VENDING MACHINE AT WORK, BUT I FOUGHT TEMPTATION. SO PRESSING ONWARD TO DAY#2, IF I COULD DO A LIQUID DIET FOR 2 WEEKS, I  CAN HANG FOR 2 DAYS, I REFUSE TO LET MY LIFE REVOLVE AROUND FOOD, I HAD TO SLAP MYSELF BACK TO REALITY. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET MYSELF TOGETHER.
