"<Font face="Comic Sans MS"><font size=2><p align="left">I met Dr. Patterson on Nov. 4, 2002. She was very nice and very understanding. Explained everything to me and took time to answer my questions! The Staff was great. I was waiting for Dr. Patterson for over a hour and they had to reschedule because of a emergency with a patient. They were very simplathetic for the wait. They did take a long time to send my insurance papers in to my insurance company. Once they did I had approval in about a week after that!! Latonya Riley was my contact at CCBS and she is great! Always returned my calls and emails in quick time. Over all St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland Ohio is great!! I would reccommend it to anyone!!
