Weight Loss Coach

Today I had my first consultation with my weight loss coach.  Very nice young lady.  She laid out a plan for me where i would lose 1/2 pound a week.  Did not know I'm supposed to drink half my weight in water or the importance of water at all to my body. She explained the importance of a multi-vitamin and how it will energize me to be more productive.

I'm not able to exercise very much, so she show me what she called "stepping stone" excercise that will help me build muscle. The best part is I dont have to leave my home, she come to me!
