Changes are happening and I am finally starting to see me for me and not what I use to see. I still at times see the hugely obese girl but yet at times I see a woman who is getting healthier and has more energy. I look at my month to month pictures at times and see all the changes. But yes we all have those good and bad days and we go through what we go through. I have fifty-four more pounds to go and I am praying
I will get to my goal.
