"I switched from Dr. Elariny because of his program fee, the insurance person in his office wasn't very nice and because I felt I if I was being herded into an office that only cared about the profits they were making off their fat farm.
I choose Dr. Alshkaki because a young lady in my primary's office had her surgery performed by him. When I googled him, I saw that he was with the GW program and I respect the GW brand.
When I first met him I loved the vibe, he was very nice and he made a comment about God which I loved. He told me Dr. Elariny was the best in the country and that they were friends, which I was cool with.
The day before my surgery I called the office to confirm everything was o.k. and I was told that Dr. Alshkaki wanted to postpone my surgery because he was going out of the country on August 2!!! Imagine the hurt, disappointment, anger...all the emotions I felt..never mind the money that I spent.
I'm not sure if I was scheduled and cancelled as "pay back" because I left Dr. E, but what professional would schedule a surgery when they know they are going out of the country?
I have to stay with this surgeon, because if I join another practice I will have to start all over again.
My date is August 28, and let's hope this man does not disappoint me again."
