Con grad, Don't worry about the hospital, My husbabnd said I looked like i was going to camp I never even read the book i had. They keep the pain in check and at no time do you hurt, I gave up pain pills the day I was release (i was in for three days Michigan) You will do great. There are many phase but you will learn do you have support? My mom came and took care of me for two weeks

hi i know this is a time to be nervouse but i was not becuse i was so excited thati had a date and i couldt wait. the first mo will be hard and maybe painfull but you will get over it and things will get better. good luck rosemary

Hi Jennifer, My surgery is Nov. 11. Nov. is a wonderful month. I'm feeling nervous too. it's normal I guess. Best wishes for a quick surgery and even speedier recovery.

Jen, Congrats on your decision and good luck with your surgery. I'm going to be getting my RNY same day about 1000 Miles north in PA. I'll be praying for you if you'll do the same for me. Anyhow, See ya on the other side! PA Dave!

Hello all... Tomorrow will be one month until my surgery. I am nervous, but mostly concentrating on getting ready for surgery. I went out and bought a bag and got those toiletries samples to take with me. What do I need to bring with me???? Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Love and Hugz, Jennifer
